This template helps you generate reviews from NPS surveys and improve overall retention by better understanding detractor feedback.The journeys begins when a user submits an NPS survey. An activity represents the NPS survey response and contains a score and comment attribute used within the journey.The journey automatically sends a personalized response after a user submits the NPS survey.If the NPS result makes them a detractor and no comment is left, a follow up email is sent to request more detailed feedback to help you learn and improve.If the NPS result is a promotor (9 or 10), a personalized email is sent requesting them to review you on popular review sites like G2Crowd and TrustRadius. This Salesforce journey is an example of where you have the possibility of multiple people being in the same journey in relation to different Salesforce object values.The example demonstrates from a &#34;loan application&#34; object, where there is the potential a person could apply for more than a single loan at a time. The journey tracks the entry and exit based on the Salesforce object ID as opposed to the person. For example, if as loan application for a home loan is denied, and the person has also applied for a car loan. The persons journey in relation to the home loan but not the car loan.

This email click rate metric makes a good addition to your dashboard. Track email click rate for all emails sent across Ortto over a given period. Set a goal and track progress.The report looks at click rate on a unique basis per email, which gives you click rate visibility between both single send campaigns, journeys and playbooks.

This metric display the open rate for all emails sent over a given time period. The goal is set by default to 40% but can be adjusted to your overall target open rate.  Note: the way this report is configured machine opens would be shown in this open rate calculation.

This report shows you the total attributed revenue by campaign. It&#39;s based on the attribution model you selected in setup. To change the model navigate to Setup &gt;Attribution.  If you&#39;re a SaaS business you can set the attribution to display MRR or ARR. By default the setting is total revenue from the attribution value.This report helps you understand which campaigns drive revenue.
