This template helps you generate reviews from NPS surveys and improve overall retention by better understanding detractor feedback.The journeys begins when a user submits an NPS survey. An activity represents the NPS survey response and contains a score and comment attribute used within the journey.The journey automatically sends a personalized response after a user submits the NPS survey.If the NPS result makes them a detractor and no comment is left, a follow up email is sent to request more detailed feedback to help you learn and improve.If the NPS result is a promotor (9 or 10), a personalized email is sent requesting them to review you on popular review sites like G2Crowd and TrustRadius.
