Can I make any changes to my plan after I sign up?
Yes! If you’re on a Starter plan with a month-to-month commitment, you can make changes at any time.
If you’re on a Starter plan with an annual commitment, or a Professional or Enterprise plan, you can upgrade at any time within your annual contract term. This includes increasing contacts or monthly emails, selecting add-ons or upgrading to the next plan tier.
For customers on a plan with an annual commitment, you cannot downgrade within the contract term period.
What is your cancellation policy?
Monthly commitments can be canceled at any time and will be effective from your next billing/renewal date. Annual commitments require a 30 day cancellation notice either in-app or by contacting your Customer Success Manager.
Are taxes included?
Taxes that may apply are not included in the pricing and will be calculated based on the laws and regulations of the taxing authority(ies) governing the business location you provide. US customers can submit a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate to finance@ortto.com to be applied to their account.
