This journey helps you convert users on a trial of your product into paying customers with a combination of emails and display retargeting. 14 day SaaS trial

This journey template is a follow sequence after someone requests a demo on your website. The lead is assigned round robin in Salesforce and a personalized email is sent to the lead from the assigned user. Sales demo follow up

In this trial sales routing example, people enter once a trial has started. A slack notification is send to the team after which trial users are filtered by plan name (you may change this for any attribute that&#39;s important to you, for example employee size or number of contacts a user may have), create a deal in HubSpot for a specific sales person and then send out a personalized email from the specific sales person.Once a Calendly booking with one of the sales people has been made, people will exit this journey automatically.Connect Hubspot &amp; Calendly and configure it to your needsReplace the filters with an attribute that makes sense for your trial

Trial sales routing

This template demonstrates how to use an Ortto journey to round robin lead assignment in Salesforce. The entry criteria shows how you can use multiple call-to-actions (demo request, sales form) as a catch all for lead assignment. The assignment rules are then handled by conditions. In the template we have demonstrated territory based assignment based on geography, and also using responses on the form to determine if we send to an Enterprise or SMB sales team.
