This journey automation is designed to enhance responsiveness and feedback collection. It is triggered the moment a new conversation is opened. Once the conversation is assigned, the automation sends a Slack notification to the appropriate team based on the assignment, ensuring swift awareness and action. The journey then enters a timed evaluation phase, checking after 3 days whether the conversation has been marked as closed. If it has, the automation automatically enables a CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) widget to appear for the person who initiated the conversation, allowing them to share valuable feedback on their support experience.
