This metric display the open rate for all emails sent over a given time period. The goal is set by default to 40% but can be adjusted to your overall target open rate.  Note: the way this report is configured machine opens would be shown in this open rate calculation.

This report shows you reactions (sentiment score) for each campaign over time.It&#39;s useful for seeing how your subscribers are reacting to your content and which emails need improvment.To track sentiment reactions must be enabled when you send email.
