Use this journey template to thank donators for their contribution to your charity / not-for-profit. It also includes a slack message that will notify the team of any new donations.

In this particular example, we send an email immediately once the donation is made to confirm their donation has been well received and explaining what will be next.

After 1 day, we will send a thank you note from the leader of the organization to personally thank the donator and ensure them funds will be put to good use.

After a week, this journey will send an email following up on the donation and explaining to the donator how the funds have contributed. It will also request them to subscribe to a donation plan.
