Ortto Customer FAQ

Will Ortto still exist as a standalone product?

Yes. Ortto continues as its own platform, with the same mission and product experience.

What does this mean for me?

Nothing changes about how you use Ortto today.

Your account, workflows, and setup all remain exactly the same.

Will anything change about how I use Ortto?

No.

Your workflows, journeys, integrations, and data are all exactly where you left them.

Will my plan or pricing change?

No.

Your plan, pricing, and billing stay exactly as they are. If anything changes in the future, we’ll give you plenty of notice.

Will my data be moved to Canva?

No.

Your data stays where it is. Ortto customers will not be migrated into Canva’s product, and how you operate day-to-day does not change.

Will the same team still support me?

Yes.

The same team continues to support you across onboarding, account management, and product support.

What if I’m mid-campaign or mid-project?

Everything continues as normal.

Your campaigns, journeys, reports, and assets are all still running and accessible.

Who do I contact if I have questions?

Same as always. You can reach out to your Success Manager, support, or your usual channels.
