“The fact that we could connect our Pipedrive and Stripe was a game changer for us to create those audiences. Previously it was all a manual import, so from the very beginning these integrations were valuable. Plus, the API helps us track the product usage and define actions based on that usage.”

With their data consolidated, LiLiCAST was able to use the precision filters in Ortto’s CDP and campaigns to find the right audience and target them with the right message, on the right channel. 

“We created a Podcast Academy which we use as a lead magnet. It’s promoted in a capture widget that is quite powerful and drives a lot of new leads to our system.” 

Once a lead completes the form, they are entered into the playbook where they are prompted to take the training and complete a feedback form.

This started with the capture widgets, and then sending follow-up emails to remind customers to take specific actions in the product.” 

More recently, LiLiCAST started using knowledge base and Talk to support their customers beyond the onboarding phase. 

“We are using Talk for support and knowledge base for our tutorial videos. One pain point SaaS customers have with these videos is making updates and rolling them out across a knowledge base. We have a widget that allows the update to roll out wherever it is embedded, and Ortto’s knowledge base is now compliant with that widget.”

With the LiLiCAST player embedded into the team’s knowledge base articles, the team has been able to build out a robust library of help content that is always up to date.
