Double Yolk is a Resource-as-a-Service business that provides full-time, senior-level technical talent to fast-moving tech companies who wish to quickly start and scale their product development team.

Double Yolk was born after founder, Jack Coleman, experienced first hand the frustrations of a tech talent shortage. Five years ago Jack had an idea he wanted to bring to life by building an app, but the lack of tech talent in Australia and New Zealand led him to move to India for 8 months to get it done. While there, he built a network of like-minded, entrepreneurial software developers. When he returned, Double Yolk offshore software development house was born. 

Double Yolk partners with tech companies to find senior IT staff from their offshore talent pool and inject the talent into their customers' product teams as full-time team members. They have a wide and growing range of skills in their team of ‘yolkers’ as they call them, including: .NET, PHP, Angular, ReactJS, React Native, Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, NodeJS and more. 

Connecting Double Yolk’s Pipedrive CRM to Ortto helps fuel their personalized approach

Double Yolk uses Pipedrive CRM to manage their ever-growing client base. The first step in their onboarding journey was to use Ortto’s no-code integration with Pipedrive to unify the data and make it more accessible.

They also have a regular Gold Star talent update that features their top 12 tech talent profiles. This email gives the audience an easy way to access Double Yolk’s approved list of tech talent. 


The Ortto platform has also allowed Double Yolk to automate incentive offers, and they've seen this timely and relevant communications strategy directly resulting in a lift in expansion deals within their existing client base.
